Abstract: Based on the deep integration of the experiential teaching method and the traditional teaching method, this paper discusses the application effect and influence of the experiential teaching method in the course of Career Development and Employment Guidance for College Students, provides reference for improving the teaching quality of relevant courses in the future and innovating the talent cultivation mode of our university.
